Many families face challenges that can feel overwhelming…

Housing insecurity, unemployment, untreated health issues, addiction, or family separation.

This is where we step in—because every child deserves the chance to thrive.

 

Our organization exists to walk beside families when life feels hardest, providing vital peer support and navigation of community resources in order to preserve families and keep them safely together. 


Our practical support includes providing basic needs like diapers, car repairs, budgeting, and safe housing, while also connecting parents to long-term resources such as treatment programs, job readiness, and parenting education. 


Our services play a crucial role in helping parents and children heal, reunite, and build thriving futures together. We also support relative caregivers who have opened their hearts and home to provide safety and stability to children when alternative placement is necessary.

Families who once felt stuck are now celebrating milestones: steady jobs, stable homes, recovery, and most importantly, precious time together.


We all play a role in strengthening families, and our community already holds the solutions —  through our own experiences, our relationships, and our own pathways to healing.

Our Commitment

Since our founding in 2023, Thriving Together TN has helped hundreds of individuals and families in Tennessee. From Safe Baby Court services to our Family Forward program, we celebrate the impact we have made. But there is still much work to be done, and we are committed to continuing our efforts.
